Over 72 years of establishing relations, Vietnam and Hungary have many advantages that can support each other, so in recent years the two-way trade economy has continued to grow strongly with astonishing import-export turnover. Vietnamese goods exported to the Hungarian market were mainly electronic components, machinery, equipment, etc. Hungary exported to Vietnam was mainly raw materials for animal feed, pharmaceuticals, etc. Besides that, the digital industry is a bright spot in the Hungarian economy. In addition, since 2020, the Vietnamese Government has been promoting the development of national digital transformation, looking for opportunities for potential cooperation in technology industries – a important industry in the future. With the current comprehensive cooperation between Vietnam and Hungary, this is an advantage for both countries.
