The Hungarian Drone Association was founded in May 2021 with the mission of creating a long-term drone strategy and providing a forum for professional cooperation between stakeholders, such as developers, market players, public players, scientific organizations, and professional organizations. A drone research and development center was established in Zalaegerszeg, where drones are tested, researched and developed. More and more professionals with expertise in drone technology will be needed in all areas of the economy. Artificial intelligence engineering training has started at several universities, and there are institutions where a special specialization in drone technology already starts in the master’s degree.
